Investor Experience Builds Trust in Moldova
FIA Investor Trust Platform
Foreign Investors Association of Moldova (FIA)
Strategic Communication · Investor Communication · Stakeholder Engagement · Business Events · Communication & Visibility
PARC Communications has worked with FIA for more than 20 years and, through the Association’s projects, regularly engages with member companies, their business experience, positions and participation in FIA communication initiatives.
Objective: To create, within Moldova Business Week, a communication format for prospective foreign investors built around the practical experience of companies already operating in Moldova.
Approach
PARC Communications developed the concept for the FIA Investor Trust Platform – Trust Built on Experience.
The project was designed around direct dialogue between established and prospective investors. FIA member companies shared their experience of operating in Moldova, investment decisions, practical challenges and approaches that could be relevant to companies considering the market.
The platform brought together three formats:
-
FIA Executive Business Lunch – practical contributions from company leaders and direct dialogue with prospective investors;
-
Moldova’s Agri-Food Market in Practice – an inside look at production value chains, investment and the operating environment of the agri-food sector;
-
Moldova’s Energy and Critical Infrastructure in Practice – a practical perspective on infrastructure, resilience and the operational conditions businesses need to consider.
Role: PARC Communications developed the project concept and positioning, visual identity, content structure and engagement formats:
-
defined the focus and narrative of company contributions;
-
worked with speakers on key messages, arguments and presentation structure;
-
developed visual materials and presentation formats;
-
prepared event scenarios and discussion flows;
-
coordinated communication between FIA, participating companies and project partners.
Public visibility was an integral part of the platform. PARC Communications developed and managed the media and social media communication around the project, using articles, company cards, photo and video content, and follow-up materials based on the three events.
Results
The project involved 22 FIA member companies and 18 corporate speakers. Across the three platform formats, more than 50 prospective investors invited by the Investment Agency as part of Moldova Business Week 2026 took part.
The communication programme generated 7 online media publications and 16 pieces of social media content, including company cards and video materials.
The FIA Investor Trust Platform established a new format for engaging prospective investors, combining direct B2B dialogue, the practical experience of companies already operating in Moldova and wider public communication around that experience.
The project covered investor communication, engagement with foreign investors and key stakeholders, corporate speaker preparation, visual communication, content development for business events, and integrated media and social media support.
