PARC Communications supported ILTC in the preparation of the international conference ILTC Moldova 2026 and helped build a broader communication framework for its development: from clarifying the positioning and public logic of the conference to internal solutions aimed at reinforcing the new role of ILTC Community as a professional community of foreign language teachers.
Task:
To help ILTC move from its positioning as a language centre to the role of a professional community of foreign language teachers, and to connect this new direction with the international conference ILTC Moldova 2026 as an entry point into a broader professional development programme.
Challenge:
The task was not only to prepare and promote an international conference, but also to make it part of a broader logic of change. It was important to show that this was not a one-off event, but the formation of a professional community and the launch of a teacher development programme. The level of the project also added responsibility: the conference was conceived as a visible professional event with international participation, strong speakers, and partnerships with educational institutions in the Republic of Moldova.
Solutions and results:
The agency helped shape the communication logic of ILTC’s transition from a strong language centre to a professional community of foreign language teachers.
-
A conceptual framework was developed to connect ILTC Moldova 2026 with a broader professional development programme implemented together with INEL.
-
The conference was positioned not as an isolated event, but as the starting point of a larger initiative, the ILTC Community, designed to support teacher development, foster professional connections, and advance modern approaches to foreign language teaching.
-
Key messages, the structure of the public narrative, and the logic for presenting the conference, the community, and the programme to external audiences were developed.
-
The agency provided support in developing and promoting media content so that the new ILTC framework and the significance of the conference were reflected clearly and consistently in the public information space.
-
Support was also provided in the organizational preparation of the conference, helping connect its content, communication, and event logic into one coherent structure.
-
The final stage of the project was an internal workshop with the ILTC team, which helped consolidate the transition from the logic of a language centre to that of a professional community and define the foundation for further internal and external communication.
As a result, ILTC received a clearer positioning framework in which the conference, the community, and the professional development programme were brought together within one coherent communication logic.
