Objective

To help ILTC communicate its expanding role beyond language education, with greater involvement in teachers' professional development, educational partnerships and social initiatives.

An important milestone was the international ILTC Moldova 2026 conference, intended to introduce the organisation's new areas of activity and lay the groundwork for long-term engagement with the professional education community.

 

Challenge

Over more than 30 years, ILTC had established a strong reputation as a language training center. Its expanding activities called for clear positioning that would build on the organisation's existing expertise while reaching new audiences and partners.

At the same time, ILTC needed a consistent communication approach that would connect its educational and social initiatives without diminishing their individual value and purpose.

Approach

PARC Communications developed a communication framework for ILTC's expanding role, bringing language education, professional development and social engagement together under a broader organisational positioning.

The project included:

• Developing positioning approaches and key messages to communicate ILTC's new areas of activity.

• Proposing ILTC Community as a professional community for teachers, designed to encourage knowledge sharing, professional connections and modern approaches to education.

• Positioning the international ILTC Moldova 2026 conference as a platform for professional dialogue and the presentation of future educational initiatives.

• Preparing information materials, coordinating media relations and providing communication support for the conference.

• Supporting conference preparations, including coordination of content, programme development and public communications.

• Conducting an internal workshop with the ILTC team to discuss the organisation's evolving role and align priorities for internal and external communication.

Results

The international ILTC Moldova 2026 conference took place in February 2026, bringing together international experts and teachers from educational institutions across Moldova.

​

ILTC gained a communication framework for presenting its professional development programmes, educational partnerships, teacher community initiatives and social projects alongside its core language education activities.

​

The ILTC Community concept became one element of this broader approach, creating opportunities for continued engagement with the professional education community.
